The Children's Retreat

RHC's Children's Retreat provides families and/or caregivers the needed respite while their children are developing new skills in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.  Children's Retreat is developed specifically for those youth, ages 6-18, who have both a developmental disability and mental health symptoms.

CITE Home-Based Services

The Home-Based services offered by RHC are managed and directed as an extension of CITE, (Community Integrated, Training and Education) Services.CITE is an important program of RHC that began serving children with disabilities in 1986.  CITE, concentrates on issues related to home, school and community intervention services.

Emergency Respite Services

"My Safe Place" is a viable housing alternative for individuals needing short-term care in response to unplanned, sometimes emergent situations.  These could include sudden hospitalization of a parent or caregiver, sudden domestic trauma, behavioral problems in the home, or even death of a caregiver.

CITE Community-Based Services

RHC's CITE(Community Integrated Training & Education) professionals provide consultation to the intervention teams for the students' environment.  Settings include preschool through high school academic programs, before- and after-school programs, recreational programs, and day care settings.

The CITE Community-Based Program focuses on the requests and needs of each specific school and community team.  The type of service, frequency and duration is individualized to meet the intervention team's needs of each student. 

CITE serves students with developmental disabilities who reside in Hamilton County.
